Job Description

Technical Support Representative will be responsible for taking customer phone calls and responding to customer emails. This position involves solving technical problems by providing the best technical solutions and premium customer service in the most appropriate and professional way.

  • Deliver technical support and services via phone calls and email for 1&1 customers.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and recommend solutions to customer issues and concerns.
  • Proactively inform and report support related issues to improve system performance.
  • Interact with team members and other departments of the company.
  • Attend coaching sessions and participate in organizational activities.
  • Continuously demonstrate pro-active effort towards improving customer satisfaction and internal procedures.


  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Knowledge in HTML and Webhosting
  • Highly motivated and dependable
  • Computer / internet savvy
  • Willing to work within a 24/7 schedule
